WQB Mold Removal's Mears service handles the specific scenario where a roofer or solar installer opens up an attic and finds mold nobody knew about.
Clearance documentation is formatted to get your other Mears contractor back to work as fast as possible. We'd rather move fast and get it right than let a small delay turn into a bigger one.
Four reasons Mears property owners trust us with this specific job.
We work directly with your roofer or solar installer's timeline to avoid delaying their project. We'll communicate directly with your other crew if that speeds things up.
Our technicians move safely across roof framing without damaging insulation or ceiling drywall below. We coordinate access carefully around existing work in progress.
A roof or solar project is often the ideal moment to also fix ventilation issues while things are already open. We'll flag anything worth addressing before everything gets sealed back up.
Priority scheduling is standard for these discovery situations. Most Mears jobs are treated within a day or two of the finding.
Every Mears job gets scoped to the specific problem, not a generic checklist.
Fast turnaround respects that another contractor's timeline is on hold.
Dark staining on roof sheathing gets HEPA-vacuumed and treated before new roofing or panels go on top.
Solar installers often won't proceed until a flagged mold issue is resolved and documented.
Balancing intake and exhaust while everything's accessible saves a separate future project.
We coordinate timing so this doesn't further delay your roofing or solar schedule.
We provide written clearance your roofer or solar installer can use to resume their project immediately.
