What sets our Crawl Space Mold Removal crew apart in Poolesville.
We understand Poolesville real estate transactions often have hard deadlines, and we'll work to accommodate them. Flag your closing date when you call.
Reports and quotes are formatted to support repair credit negotiations with a seller. This paperwork also works for your own post-closing records.
Tight, low-clearance conditions call for specific training and compact gear, standard on every Poolesville job. No job gets turned away for tight clearance.
We treat the ground moisture and drainage issue alongside the visible mold, not instead of it. This is what prevents the same finding on a future inspection.
Every Poolesville job gets scoped to the specific problem, not a generic checklist.
We can often turn around a quote within a day or two of your call.
Heavy-duty polyethylene sheeting gets sealed across the crawl space floor, often resolving what an inspector flagged.
Standing water or poor drainage gets a real fix, not just interior treatment that masks the underlying issue.
Structural concerns get a clear, honest assessment before any treatment begins.
Documentation is formatted to satisfy whatever your purchase agreement specifies.
For buyers who'd rather schedule after closing, we can set up humidity monitoring to track the space going forward.
