We'd rather coordinate with your original contractor on a warranty callback than have you pay twice for the same underlying issue. We keep photos and notes from every job in case they're useful for a future warranty conversation.
What sets our Mold Removal crew apart in Cortez.
Understanding the actual cause matters more here than in a typical removal call. We coordinate with your original contractor if a callback under their warranty makes sense first.
HEPA vacuums and EPA-registered antimicrobials go on every Cortez job, matched to the specific new materials involved. We won't damage recent finish work while treating what's underneath it.
Nothing changes mid-job unless the scope genuinely does. We understand renovation budgets are often already stretched thin.
We know a fresh renovation problem feels urgent, and we treat it that way. Catching this early usually means less has to come back apart.
Here's exactly what our Mold Removal service covers in Cortez, CO.
We identify whether the paint itself is trapping moisture underneath before choosing a treatment approach.
We check recent tie-ins specifically, since this is where a lot of post-renovation problems actually originate.
HEPA vacuuming pulls spore material out of new porous surfaces before any antimicrobial treatment begins.
We match the antimicrobial product to the specific new surface — fresh drywall, new tile, recent trim — rather than a generic spray.
We'll flag if your Cortez remodel's new layout is contributing to the moisture problem.
We re-inspect the treated surface before leaving, confirming growth is actually resolved.
We keep this efficient because you've likely already had enough contractors through your home this year.
A quick call helps our Cortez dispatcher send the right equipment on the first visit. Texting a photo ahead of time can speed up prep.
Response time in Cortez is typically same-day, faster for active emergencies. You'll get a call or text when the crew is on the way.
You'll know the full scope and price before we touch anything in your Cortez property. Nothing gets added later that wasn't discussed and approved upfront.
You get documentation proving the work was completed to standard. We'll walk the space with you before calling it finished.
