WQB Mold Removal built this service around a pattern we see constantly in Austell: mold showing up within weeks of a renovation because moisture got trapped during construction.
If your Austell renovation needs more than removal, we'll say so clearly rather than quietly treating the same spot repeatedly. We keep photos and notes from every job in case they're useful for a future warranty conversation.
Four reasons Austell property owners trust us with this specific job.
Understanding the actual cause matters more here than in a typical removal call. We coordinate with your original contractor if a callback under their warranty makes sense first.
HEPA vacuums and EPA-registered antimicrobials go on every Austell job, matched to the specific new materials involved. We won't damage recent finish work while treating what's underneath it.
You'll see the number before we start, broken down by surface and material. We understand renovation budgets are often already stretched thin.
Most Austell removal calls get an appointment the same day, sometimes within hours. Catching this early usually means less has to come back apart.
Here's exactly what our Mold Removal service covers in Austell, GA.
New drywall and recently painted surfaces get treated with methods that won't damage the finish you just paid for.
New plumbing connections from a remodel are a common Austell source of the hidden leak feeding fresh mold.
This step matters even more on fresh materials that haven't had years to compact.
Application follows label instructions for dwell time so the fresh finish isn't compromised.
Renovations sometimes alter airflow in ways that create new condensation points nobody anticipated.
If the surface needs a second pass, that happens on the same visit whenever possible.
