WQB Mold Removal built this service around a pattern we see constantly in Lisle: mold showing up within weeks of a renovation because moisture got trapped during construction.
We'd rather coordinate with your original contractor on a warranty callback than have you pay twice for the same underlying issue. We keep photos and notes from every job in case they're useful for a future warranty conversation.
Four reasons Lisle property owners trust us with this specific job.
We identify whether trapped construction moisture, a plumbing tie-in, or ventilation change caused the Lisle problem. We coordinate with your original contractor if a callback under their warranty makes sense first.
Fresh drywall and cured paint respond differently to treatment than older materials. We won't damage recent finish work while treating what's underneath it.
You'll see the number before we start, broken down by surface and material. We understand renovation budgets are often already stretched thin.
We know a fresh renovation problem feels urgent, and we treat it that way. Catching this early usually means less has to come back apart.

The questions that come up most right after a remodel.
Most commonly, a wall or surface was closed up before moisture from construction, a fresh plumbing tie-in, or paint fully dried.
That depends on your specific contract and what caused the problem, so it's worth checking before booking a separate treatment.
We select methods specifically to avoid damaging fresh drywall, tile, or paint whenever possible.
Flag the renovation timeline when you call so we bring the right approach.
If the same trapped-moisture or ventilation issue isn't addressed, yes, it's possible.
