If your Sonora renovation needs more than removal, we'll say so clearly rather than quietly treating the same spot repeatedly. We keep photos and notes from every job in case they're useful for a future warranty conversation.
Four reasons Sonora property owners trust us with this specific job.
We identify whether trapped construction moisture, a plumbing tie-in, or ventilation change caused the Sonora problem. We coordinate with your original contractor if a callback under their warranty makes sense first.
HEPA vacuums and EPA-registered antimicrobials go on every Sonora job, matched to the specific new materials involved. We won't damage recent finish work while treating what's underneath it.
You'll see the number before we start, broken down by surface and material. We understand renovation budgets are often already stretched thin.
We know a fresh renovation problem feels urgent, and we treat it that way. Catching this early usually means less has to come back apart.
