WQB Mold Removal built this service around a pattern we see constantly in Waverly: mold showing up within weeks of a renovation because moisture got trapped during construction.
We'd rather coordinate with your original contractor on a warranty callback than have you pay twice for the same underlying issue. We keep photos and notes from every job in case they're useful for a future warranty conversation.
Four reasons Waverly property owners trust us with this specific job.
We identify whether trapped construction moisture, a plumbing tie-in, or ventilation change caused the Waverly problem. We coordinate with your original contractor if a callback under their warranty makes sense first.
Fresh drywall and cured paint respond differently to treatment than older materials. We won't damage recent finish work while treating what's underneath it.
You'll see the number before we start, broken down by surface and material. We understand renovation budgets are often already stretched thin.
Most Waverly removal calls get an appointment the same day, sometimes within hours. Catching this early usually means less has to come back apart.
Here's exactly what our Mold Removal service covers in Waverly, MN.
We identify whether the paint itself is trapping moisture underneath before choosing a treatment approach.
New plumbing connections from a remodel are a common Waverly source of the hidden leak feeding fresh mold.
This step matters even more on fresh materials that haven't had years to compact.
We match the antimicrobial product to the specific new surface — fresh drywall, new tile, recent trim — rather than a generic spray.
Renovations sometimes alter airflow in ways that create new condensation points nobody anticipated.
If the surface needs a second pass, that happens on the same visit whenever possible.
Here's what a Waverly removal appointment looks like after a renovation, start to finish.
A quick call helps our Waverly dispatcher send the right equipment on the first visit. We'll give you a realistic arrival window rather than a vague estimate.
Our nearest available crew heads straight to your Waverly address with the gear this job actually needs. You'll get a call or text when the crew is on the way.
We inspect, test where needed, and give you a flat-rate quote before any work begins. We'll explain the quote in plain language, not just hand you a number.
You get documentation proving the work was completed to standard. Any follow-up questions get answered on the spot, not routed to voicemail.
