WQB Mold Removal's Willernie removal technicians see this constantly after remodels — a bathroom, a basement finish-out, a kitchen expansion — where a subcontractor closed up a wall before it fully dried. We'll give you a straight answer about what actually happened.

WQB Mold Removal built this service around a pattern we see constantly in Willernie: mold showing up within weeks of a renovation because moisture got trapped during construction.
We'd rather coordinate with your original contractor on a warranty callback than have you pay twice for the same underlying issue. We keep photos and notes from every job in case they're useful for a future warranty conversation.
What sets our Mold Removal crew apart in Willernie.
Understanding the actual cause matters more here than in a typical removal call. We coordinate with your original contractor if a callback under their warranty makes sense first.
Fresh drywall and cured paint respond differently to treatment than older materials. We won't damage recent finish work while treating what's underneath it.
Nothing changes mid-job unless the scope genuinely does. We understand renovation budgets are often already stretched thin.
Most Willernie removal calls get an appointment the same day, sometimes within hours. Catching this early usually means less has to come back apart.
Every Willernie job gets scoped to the specific problem, not a generic checklist.
New drywall and recently painted surfaces get treated with methods that won't damage the finish you just paid for.
New plumbing connections from a remodel are a common Willernie source of the hidden leak feeding fresh mold.
HEPA vacuuming pulls spore material out of new porous surfaces before any antimicrobial treatment begins.
Application follows label instructions for dwell time so the fresh finish isn't compromised.
We'll flag if your Willernie remodel's new layout is contributing to the moisture problem.
If the surface needs a second pass, that happens on the same visit whenever possible.
We keep this efficient because you've likely already had enough contractors through your home this year.
Tell us what you're seeing and we'll get a Mold Removal specialist on the calendar for your Willernie property, often same-day. Texting a photo ahead of time can speed up prep.
Our nearest available crew heads straight to your Willernie address with the gear this job actually needs. We arrive in marked vehicles with everything needed to start the assessment right away.
You'll know the full scope and price before we touch anything in your Willernie property. We'll explain the quote in plain language, not just hand you a number.
You get documentation proving the work was completed to standard. We'll walk the space with you before calling it finished.
