WQB Mold Removal built this service around a pattern we see constantly in Bunn: mold showing up within weeks of a renovation because moisture got trapped during construction.
We'd rather coordinate with your original contractor on a warranty callback than have you pay twice for the same underlying issue. We keep photos and notes from every job in case they're useful for a future warranty conversation.
Four reasons Bunn property owners trust us with this specific job.
Understanding the actual cause matters more here than in a typical removal call. We coordinate with your original contractor if a callback under their warranty makes sense first.
HEPA vacuums and EPA-registered antimicrobials go on every Bunn job, matched to the specific new materials involved. We won't damage recent finish work while treating what's underneath it.
You'll see the number before we start, broken down by surface and material. We understand renovation budgets are often already stretched thin.
Most Bunn removal calls get an appointment the same day, sometimes within hours. Catching this early usually means less has to come back apart.
Every Bunn job gets scoped to the specific problem, not a generic checklist.
We identify whether the paint itself is trapping moisture underneath before choosing a treatment approach.
New plumbing connections from a remodel are a common Bunn source of the hidden leak feeding fresh mold.
HEPA vacuuming pulls spore material out of new porous surfaces before any antimicrobial treatment begins.
We match the antimicrobial product to the specific new surface — fresh drywall, new tile, recent trim — rather than a generic spray.
We'll flag if your Bunn remodel's new layout is contributing to the moisture problem.
If the surface needs a second pass, that happens on the same visit whenever possible.
We keep this efficient because you've likely already had enough contractors through your home this year.
A quick call helps our Bunn dispatcher send the right equipment on the first visit. We'll give you a realistic arrival window rather than a vague estimate.
Our nearest available crew heads straight to your Bunn address with the gear this job actually needs. We arrive in marked vehicles with everything needed to start the assessment right away.
We inspect, test where needed, and give you a flat-rate quote before any work begins. We'll explain the quote in plain language, not just hand you a number.
You get documentation proving the work was completed to standard. We'll walk the space with you before calling it finished.
