WQB Mold Removal built this service around a pattern we see constantly in Avondale: mold showing up within weeks of a renovation because moisture got trapped during construction.
We'd rather coordinate with your original contractor on a warranty callback than have you pay twice for the same underlying issue. We keep photos and notes from every job in case they're useful for a future warranty conversation.
