WQB Mold Removal built this service around a pattern we see constantly in New Freedom: mold showing up within weeks of a renovation because moisture got trapped during construction.
If your New Freedom renovation needs more than removal, we'll say so clearly rather than quietly treating the same spot repeatedly. We keep photos and notes from every job in case they're useful for a future warranty conversation.
Four reasons New Freedom property owners trust us with this specific job.
We identify whether trapped construction moisture, a plumbing tie-in, or ventilation change caused the New Freedom problem. We coordinate with your original contractor if a callback under their warranty makes sense first.
HEPA vacuums and EPA-registered antimicrobials go on every New Freedom job, matched to the specific new materials involved. We won't damage recent finish work while treating what's underneath it.
Nothing changes mid-job unless the scope genuinely does. We understand renovation budgets are often already stretched thin.
Most New Freedom removal calls get an appointment the same day, sometimes within hours. Catching this early usually means less has to come back apart.
Every New Freedom job gets scoped to the specific problem, not a generic checklist.
We identify whether the paint itself is trapping moisture underneath before choosing a treatment approach.
We check recent tie-ins specifically, since this is where a lot of post-renovation problems actually originate.
HEPA vacuuming pulls spore material out of new porous surfaces before any antimicrobial treatment begins.
We match the antimicrobial product to the specific new surface — fresh drywall, new tile, recent trim — rather than a generic spray.
We'll flag if your New Freedom remodel's new layout is contributing to the moisture problem.
If the surface needs a second pass, that happens on the same visit whenever possible.
We keep this efficient because you've likely already had enough contractors through your home this year.
Tell us what you're seeing and we'll get a Mold Removal specialist on the calendar for your New Freedom property, often same-day. Texting a photo ahead of time can speed up prep.
Our nearest available crew heads straight to your New Freedom address with the gear this job actually needs. We arrive in marked vehicles with everything needed to start the assessment right away.
We inspect, test where needed, and give you a flat-rate quote before any work begins. We'll explain the quote in plain language, not just hand you a number.
The job isn't done until it passes our own check, backed by a written guarantee. We'll walk the space with you before calling it finished.
