WQB Mold Removal built this service around a pattern we see constantly in Pomeroy: mold showing up within weeks of a renovation because moisture got trapped during construction.
We'd rather coordinate with your original contractor on a warranty callback than have you pay twice for the same underlying issue. We keep photos and notes from every job in case they're useful for a future warranty conversation.
What sets our Mold Removal crew apart in Pomeroy.
We identify whether trapped construction moisture, a plumbing tie-in, or ventilation change caused the Pomeroy problem. We coordinate with your original contractor if a callback under their warranty makes sense first.
Fresh drywall and cured paint respond differently to treatment than older materials. We won't damage recent finish work while treating what's underneath it.
Nothing changes mid-job unless the scope genuinely does. We understand renovation budgets are often already stretched thin.
We know a fresh renovation problem feels urgent, and we treat it that way. Catching this early usually means less has to come back apart.
Every Pomeroy job gets scoped to the specific problem, not a generic checklist.
New drywall and recently painted surfaces get treated with methods that won't damage the finish you just paid for.
New plumbing connections from a remodel are a common Pomeroy source of the hidden leak feeding fresh mold.
HEPA vacuuming pulls spore material out of new porous surfaces before any antimicrobial treatment begins.
Application follows label instructions for dwell time so the fresh finish isn't compromised.
We'll flag if your Pomeroy remodel's new layout is contributing to the moisture problem.
If the surface needs a second pass, that happens on the same visit whenever possible.
We keep this efficient because you've likely already had enough contractors through your home this year.
A quick call helps our Pomeroy dispatcher send the right equipment on the first visit. We'll give you a realistic arrival window rather than a vague estimate.
Our nearest available crew heads straight to your Pomeroy address with the gear this job actually needs. We arrive in marked vehicles with everything needed to start the assessment right away.
We inspect, test where needed, and give you a flat-rate quote before any work begins. We'll explain the quote in plain language, not just hand you a number.
The job isn't done until it passes our own check, backed by a written guarantee. Any follow-up questions get answered on the spot, not routed to voicemail.
