WQB Mold Removal built this service around a pattern we see constantly in Lewisburg: mold showing up within weeks of a renovation because moisture got trapped during construction.
We'd rather coordinate with your original contractor on a warranty callback than have you pay twice for the same underlying issue. We keep photos and notes from every job in case they're useful for a future warranty conversation.
What sets our Mold Removal crew apart in Lewisburg.
Understanding the actual cause matters more here than in a typical removal call. We coordinate with your original contractor if a callback under their warranty makes sense first.
Fresh drywall and cured paint respond differently to treatment than older materials. We won't damage recent finish work while treating what's underneath it.
Nothing changes mid-job unless the scope genuinely does. We understand renovation budgets are often already stretched thin.
Most Lewisburg removal calls get an appointment the same day, sometimes within hours. Catching this early usually means less has to come back apart.
Every Lewisburg job gets scoped to the specific problem, not a generic checklist.
We identify whether the paint itself is trapping moisture underneath before choosing a treatment approach.
We check recent tie-ins specifically, since this is where a lot of post-renovation problems actually originate.
HEPA vacuuming pulls spore material out of new porous surfaces before any antimicrobial treatment begins.
Application follows label instructions for dwell time so the fresh finish isn't compromised.
Renovations sometimes alter airflow in ways that create new condensation points nobody anticipated.
We re-inspect the treated surface before leaving, confirming growth is actually resolved.
We keep this efficient because you've likely already had enough contractors through your home this year.
A quick call helps our Lewisburg dispatcher send the right equipment on the first visit. We'll give you a realistic arrival window rather than a vague estimate.
Our nearest available crew heads straight to your Lewisburg address with the gear this job actually needs. We arrive in marked vehicles with everything needed to start the assessment right away.
We inspect, test where needed, and give you a flat-rate quote before any work begins. We'll explain the quote in plain language, not just hand you a number.
The job isn't done until it passes our own check, backed by a written guarantee. We'll walk the space with you before calling it finished.

The questions that come up most right after a remodel.
Most commonly, a wall or surface was closed up before moisture from construction, a fresh plumbing tie-in, or paint fully dried.
That depends on your specific contract and what caused the problem, so it's worth checking before booking a separate treatment.
If something does need to be disturbed, we'll explain exactly why before doing it.
Flag the renovation timeline when you call so we bring the right approach.
If the same trapped-moisture or ventilation issue isn't addressed, yes, it's possible.
