If your Franklin renovation needs more than removal, we'll say so clearly rather than quietly treating the same spot repeatedly. We keep photos and notes from every job in case they're useful for a future warranty conversation.
Four reasons Franklin property owners trust us with this specific job.
Understanding the actual cause matters more here than in a typical removal call. We coordinate with your original contractor if a callback under their warranty makes sense first.

We identify whether the paint itself is trapping moisture underneath before choosing a treatment approach.
New plumbing connections from a remodel are a common Franklin source of the hidden leak feeding fresh mold.
This step matters even more on fresh materials that haven't had years to compact.
Application follows label instructions for dwell time so the fresh finish isn't compromised.
We'll flag if your Franklin remodel's new layout is contributing to the moisture problem.
We re-inspect the treated surface before leaving, confirming growth is actually resolved.
