We identify whether the paint itself is trapping moisture underneath before choosing a treatment approach.
New plumbing connections from a remodel are a common Dayton source of the hidden leak feeding fresh mold.
HEPA vacuuming pulls spore material out of new porous surfaces before any antimicrobial treatment begins.
We match the antimicrobial product to the specific new surface — fresh drywall, new tile, recent trim — rather than a generic spray.
We'll flag if your Dayton remodel's new layout is contributing to the moisture problem.
If the surface needs a second pass, that happens on the same visit whenever possible.
