Our technicians are trained to diagnose whether it's a fresh plumbing tie-in, a ventilation change, or simple trapped construction moisture behind the Sequim, WA job.
We'd rather coordinate with your original contractor on a warranty callback than have you pay twice for the same underlying issue. We keep photos and notes from every job in case they're useful for a future warranty conversation.
What sets our Mold Removal crew apart in Sequim.
Understanding the actual cause matters more here than in a typical removal call. We coordinate with your original contractor if a callback under their warranty makes sense first.
Fresh drywall and cured paint respond differently to treatment than older materials. We won't damage recent finish work while treating what's underneath it.
You'll see the number before we start, broken down by surface and material. We understand renovation budgets are often already stretched thin.
Most Sequim removal calls get an appointment the same day, sometimes within hours. Catching this early usually means less has to come back apart.
Here's exactly what our Mold Removal service covers in Sequim, WA.
New drywall and recently painted surfaces get treated with methods that won't damage the finish you just paid for.
We check recent tie-ins specifically, since this is where a lot of post-renovation problems actually originate.
HEPA vacuuming pulls spore material out of new porous surfaces before any antimicrobial treatment begins.
Application follows label instructions for dwell time so the fresh finish isn't compromised.
Renovations sometimes alter airflow in ways that create new condensation points nobody anticipated.
If the surface needs a second pass, that happens on the same visit whenever possible.
We keep this efficient because you've likely already had enough contractors through your home this year.
Tell us what you're seeing and we'll get a Mold Removal specialist on the calendar for your Sequim property, often same-day. We'll give you a realistic arrival window rather than a vague estimate.
Our nearest available crew heads straight to your Sequim address with the gear this job actually needs. You'll get a call or text when the crew is on the way.
We inspect, test where needed, and give you a flat-rate quote before any work begins. We'll explain the quote in plain language, not just hand you a number.
The job isn't done until it passes our own check, backed by a written guarantee. We'll walk the space with you before calling it finished.
