WQB Mold Removal's Clifton removal technicians see this constantly after remodels — a bathroom, a basement finish-out, a kitchen expansion — where a subcontractor closed up a wall before it fully dried. We'll give you a straight answer about what actually happened.

WQB Mold Removal built this service around a pattern we see constantly in Clifton: mold showing up within weeks of a renovation because moisture got trapped during construction.
If your Clifton renovation needs more than removal, we'll say so clearly rather than quietly treating the same spot repeatedly. We keep photos and notes from every job in case they're useful for a future warranty conversation.
Four reasons Clifton property owners trust us with this specific job.
We identify whether trapped construction moisture, a plumbing tie-in, or ventilation change caused the Clifton problem. We coordinate with your original contractor if a callback under their warranty makes sense first.
Fresh drywall and cured paint respond differently to treatment than older materials. We won't damage recent finish work while treating what's underneath it.
You'll see the number before we start, broken down by surface and material. We understand renovation budgets are often already stretched thin.
We know a fresh renovation problem feels urgent, and we treat it that way. Catching this early usually means less has to come back apart.
Every Clifton job gets scoped to the specific problem, not a generic checklist.
New drywall and recently painted surfaces get treated with methods that won't damage the finish you just paid for.
New plumbing connections from a remodel are a common Clifton source of the hidden leak feeding fresh mold.
HEPA vacuuming pulls spore material out of new porous surfaces before any antimicrobial treatment begins.
We match the antimicrobial product to the specific new surface — fresh drywall, new tile, recent trim — rather than a generic spray.
We'll flag if your Clifton remodel's new layout is contributing to the moisture problem.
We re-inspect the treated surface before leaving, confirming growth is actually resolved.
We keep this efficient because you've likely already had enough contractors through your home this year.
A quick call helps our Clifton dispatcher send the right equipment on the first visit. We'll give you a realistic arrival window rather than a vague estimate.
Our nearest available crew heads straight to your Clifton address with the gear this job actually needs. You'll get a call or text when the crew is on the way.
We inspect, test where needed, and give you a flat-rate quote before any work begins. Nothing gets added later that wasn't discussed and approved upfront.
You get documentation proving the work was completed to standard. Any follow-up questions get answered on the spot, not routed to voicemail.
We didn't write these — our Clifton customers did.

Fresh construction problems deserve a fast, careful response that doesn't undo the work you just paid for. We'll treat your new finishes with the same care your contractor did.
