Our technicians are trained to diagnose whether it's a fresh plumbing tie-in, a ventilation change, or simple trapped construction moisture behind the Delta, CO job.
We'd rather coordinate with your original contractor on a warranty callback than have you pay twice for the same underlying issue. We keep photos and notes from every job in case they're useful for a future warranty conversation.
Four reasons Delta property owners trust us with this specific job.
Understanding the actual cause matters more here than in a typical removal call. We coordinate with your original contractor if a callback under their warranty makes sense first.
Fresh drywall and cured paint respond differently to treatment than older materials. We won't damage recent finish work while treating what's underneath it.
You'll see the number before we start, broken down by surface and material. We understand renovation budgets are often already stretched thin.
We know a fresh renovation problem feels urgent, and we treat it that way. Catching this early usually means less has to come back apart.
Every Delta job gets scoped to the specific problem, not a generic checklist.
New drywall and recently painted surfaces get treated with methods that won't damage the finish you just paid for.
New plumbing connections from a remodel are a common Delta source of the hidden leak feeding fresh mold.
HEPA vacuuming pulls spore material out of new porous surfaces before any antimicrobial treatment begins.
We match the antimicrobial product to the specific new surface — fresh drywall, new tile, recent trim — rather than a generic spray.
We'll flag if your Delta remodel's new layout is contributing to the moisture problem.
If the surface needs a second pass, that happens on the same visit whenever possible.
We keep this efficient because you've likely already had enough contractors through your home this year.
Tell us what you're seeing and we'll get a Mold Removal specialist on the calendar for your Delta property, often same-day. We'll give you a realistic arrival window rather than a vague estimate.
Response time in Delta is typically same-day, faster for active emergencies. You'll get a call or text when the crew is on the way.
We inspect, test where needed, and give you a flat-rate quote before any work begins. Nothing gets added later that wasn't discussed and approved upfront.
The job isn't done until it passes our own check, backed by a written guarantee. Any follow-up questions get answered on the spot, not routed to voicemail.
