WQB Mold Removal built this service around a pattern we see constantly in Erie: mold showing up within weeks of a renovation because moisture got trapped during construction.
If your Erie renovation needs more than removal, we'll say so clearly rather than quietly treating the same spot repeatedly. We keep photos and notes from every job in case they're useful for a future warranty conversation.
What sets our Mold Removal crew apart in Erie.
Understanding the actual cause matters more here than in a typical removal call. We coordinate with your original contractor if a callback under their warranty makes sense first.
HEPA vacuums and EPA-registered antimicrobials go on every Erie job, matched to the specific new materials involved. We won't damage recent finish work while treating what's underneath it.
Nothing changes mid-job unless the scope genuinely does. We understand renovation budgets are often already stretched thin.
Most Erie removal calls get an appointment the same day, sometimes within hours. Catching this early usually means less has to come back apart.
Here's exactly what our Mold Removal service covers in Erie, CO.
We identify whether the paint itself is trapping moisture underneath before choosing a treatment approach.
We check recent tie-ins specifically, since this is where a lot of post-renovation problems actually originate.
This step matters even more on fresh materials that haven't had years to compact.
We match the antimicrobial product to the specific new surface — fresh drywall, new tile, recent trim — rather than a generic spray.
We'll flag if your Erie remodel's new layout is contributing to the moisture problem.
We re-inspect the treated surface before leaving, confirming growth is actually resolved.
