WQB Mold Removal built this service around a pattern we see constantly in Strasburg: mold showing up within weeks of a renovation because moisture got trapped during construction.
We'd rather coordinate with your original contractor on a warranty callback than have you pay twice for the same underlying issue. We keep photos and notes from every job in case they're useful for a future warranty conversation.
Four reasons Strasburg property owners trust us with this specific job.
Understanding the actual cause matters more here than in a typical removal call. We coordinate with your original contractor if a callback under their warranty makes sense first.
HEPA vacuums and EPA-registered antimicrobials go on every Strasburg job, matched to the specific new materials involved. We won't damage recent finish work while treating what's underneath it.
You'll see the number before we start, broken down by surface and material. We understand renovation budgets are often already stretched thin.
Most Strasburg removal calls get an appointment the same day, sometimes within hours. Catching this early usually means less has to come back apart.
Every Strasburg job gets scoped to the specific problem, not a generic checklist.
New drywall and recently painted surfaces get treated with methods that won't damage the finish you just paid for.
We check recent tie-ins specifically, since this is where a lot of post-renovation problems actually originate.
HEPA vacuuming pulls spore material out of new porous surfaces before any antimicrobial treatment begins.
We match the antimicrobial product to the specific new surface — fresh drywall, new tile, recent trim — rather than a generic spray.
Renovations sometimes alter airflow in ways that create new condensation points nobody anticipated.
If the surface needs a second pass, that happens on the same visit whenever possible.
We keep this efficient because you've likely already had enough contractors through your home this year.
A quick call helps our Strasburg dispatcher send the right equipment on the first visit. Texting a photo ahead of time can speed up prep.
Our nearest available crew heads straight to your Strasburg address with the gear this job actually needs. You'll get a call or text when the crew is on the way.
You'll know the full scope and price before we touch anything in your Strasburg property. We'll explain the quote in plain language, not just hand you a number.
The job isn't done until it passes our own check, backed by a written guarantee. Any follow-up questions get answered on the spot, not routed to voicemail.

The questions that come up most right after a remodel.
Most commonly, a wall or surface was closed up before moisture from construction, a fresh plumbing tie-in, or paint fully dried.
That depends on your specific contract and what caused the problem, so it's worth checking before booking a separate treatment.
If something does need to be disturbed, we'll explain exactly why before doing it.
Flag the renovation timeline when you call so we bring the right approach.
If the same trapped-moisture or ventilation issue isn't addressed, yes, it's possible.
