WQB Mold Removal built this service around a pattern we see constantly in Norcross: mold showing up within weeks of a renovation because moisture got trapped during construction.
We'd rather coordinate with your original contractor on a warranty callback than have you pay twice for the same underlying issue. We keep photos and notes from every job in case they're useful for a future warranty conversation.
Four reasons Norcross property owners trust us with this specific job.
We identify whether trapped construction moisture, a plumbing tie-in, or ventilation change caused the Norcross problem. We coordinate with your original contractor if a callback under their warranty makes sense first.
HEPA vacuums and EPA-registered antimicrobials go on every Norcross job, matched to the specific new materials involved. We won't damage recent finish work while treating what's underneath it.
Nothing changes mid-job unless the scope genuinely does. We understand renovation budgets are often already stretched thin.
We know a fresh renovation problem feels urgent, and we treat it that way. Catching this early usually means less has to come back apart.
Here's exactly what our Mold Removal service covers in Norcross, GA.
New drywall and recently painted surfaces get treated with methods that won't damage the finish you just paid for.
We check recent tie-ins specifically, since this is where a lot of post-renovation problems actually originate.
This step matters even more on fresh materials that haven't had years to compact.
We match the antimicrobial product to the specific new surface — fresh drywall, new tile, recent trim — rather than a generic spray.
Renovations sometimes alter airflow in ways that create new condensation points nobody anticipated.
If the surface needs a second pass, that happens on the same visit whenever possible.
