WQB Mold Removal built this service around a pattern we see constantly in Wrightsville: mold showing up within weeks of a renovation because moisture got trapped during construction.
We'd rather coordinate with your original contractor on a warranty callback than have you pay twice for the same underlying issue. We keep photos and notes from every job in case they're useful for a future warranty conversation.
Four reasons Wrightsville property owners trust us with this specific job.
We identify whether trapped construction moisture, a plumbing tie-in, or ventilation change caused the Wrightsville problem. We coordinate with your original contractor if a callback under their warranty makes sense first.
Fresh drywall and cured paint respond differently to treatment than older materials. We won't damage recent finish work while treating what's underneath it.
You'll see the number before we start, broken down by surface and material. We understand renovation budgets are often already stretched thin.
We know a fresh renovation problem feels urgent, and we treat it that way. Catching this early usually means less has to come back apart.
Every Wrightsville job gets scoped to the specific problem, not a generic checklist.
We identify whether the paint itself is trapping moisture underneath before choosing a treatment approach.
We check recent tie-ins specifically, since this is where a lot of post-renovation problems actually originate.
HEPA vacuuming pulls spore material out of new porous surfaces before any antimicrobial treatment begins.
Application follows label instructions for dwell time so the fresh finish isn't compromised.
We'll flag if your Wrightsville remodel's new layout is contributing to the moisture problem.
We re-inspect the treated surface before leaving, confirming growth is actually resolved.
We keep this efficient because you've likely already had enough contractors through your home this year.
A quick call helps our Wrightsville dispatcher send the right equipment on the first visit. We'll give you a realistic arrival window rather than a vague estimate.
Response time in Wrightsville is typically same-day, faster for active emergencies. You'll get a call or text when the crew is on the way.
