WQB Mold Removal built this service around a pattern we see constantly in Austin: mold showing up within weeks of a renovation because moisture got trapped during construction.
We'd rather coordinate with your original contractor on a warranty callback than have you pay twice for the same underlying issue. We keep photos and notes from every job in case they're useful for a future warranty conversation.
What sets our Mold Removal crew apart in Austin.
We identify whether trapped construction moisture, a plumbing tie-in, or ventilation change caused the Austin problem. We coordinate with your original contractor if a callback under their warranty makes sense first.
HEPA vacuums and EPA-registered antimicrobials go on every Austin job, matched to the specific new materials involved. We won't damage recent finish work while treating what's underneath it.
Nothing changes mid-job unless the scope genuinely does. We understand renovation budgets are often already stretched thin.
Most Austin removal calls get an appointment the same day, sometimes within hours. Catching this early usually means less has to come back apart.
Every Austin job gets scoped to the specific problem, not a generic checklist.
We identify whether the paint itself is trapping moisture underneath before choosing a treatment approach.
We check recent tie-ins specifically, since this is where a lot of post-renovation problems actually originate.
This step matters even more on fresh materials that haven't had years to compact.
We match the antimicrobial product to the specific new surface — fresh drywall, new tile, recent trim — rather than a generic spray.
Renovations sometimes alter airflow in ways that create new condensation points nobody anticipated.
We re-inspect the treated surface before leaving, confirming growth is actually resolved.
We keep this efficient because you've likely already had enough contractors through your home this year.
Tell us what you're seeing and we'll get a Mold Removal specialist on the calendar for your Austin property, often same-day. Texting a photo ahead of time can speed up prep.
Response time in Austin is typically same-day, faster for active emergencies. We arrive in marked vehicles with everything needed to start the assessment right away.
You'll know the full scope and price before we touch anything in your Austin property. We'll explain the quote in plain language, not just hand you a number.
You get documentation proving the work was completed to standard. Any follow-up questions get answered on the spot, not routed to voicemail.
